There's no schematics for this thing, however I did make two of the master oscillator and LFO, I could email those. My email is in the about section of my channel. To be honest it doesn't get much simpler than this. Bog standard LC master oscillator, through a 50241 top octave generator and then through a few octave dividers. The filters are mostly passive low pass and high pass filters to shape the sound, there's a simple transistor based LFO too. The drums are all on a separate board, completely isolated from the rest of the organ. Problem solving should be very easy.

TRS, yeah, just checked on the service manual. Although you won't get stereo sound, it's just a mono signal send to both left as right.

A simple screwdriver will do, I think it was either 4 or 6 screws where the stand attaches to the organ and then the entire stand comes off.

Run the master osc through an octave divider to get many octaves :) If you run the master osc say twice as fast you can have the divider's second output as normal, first output would be octave up, other outputs octave down, etc lots of possibilities.

@@rot_studios Thanks for the info! Do you know where I can find an octave divider circuit that would work for this? I did a google search but can only seem to find stuff for modular/eurorack.

I know the output amp chips are quite notorious for failing, seen a few other HS organs with no output that way. The output amp board is in the back-left of the organ (can see it at 9:27 in my video too)

I don't know, to be honest. What would be extra neat for something like this is if the filter chip was replicated too. Then you can have them last another 40 years :) I guess I should make schematics someday, so someone else can make PCBs :P

@@rot_studios Definitely look into publishing a schematic, maybe something PCBway (etc) could handle. If the hard to find ICs were socketed on a new board, maybe some of the old parts could be salvaged? You've probably heard of the KIWI 106 (and others) range of boards, would they be interested? Sorry for giving you a job list, feel free to let me know NO, GO AWAY!😄

300W max I believe, I've only ever done small(-ish) venues so can't really tell you how it would do in a big one. Can say however I've never cranked it beyond half volume and that was very loud already haha

Yeah it has some noise issues for sure. I managed to sort of filter it out in my later design (something I build on commission), but I don't think you can get rid of it entirely.

The heater will indeed be moved on a new version, for now it's fine as it doesn't get that hot (warm-ish at most). The current nozzle is actually really good, defogs the entire window easily which is what I really needed. Fan pulls a max of 2A in practice, the heater (on a separate fuse) around 3-4A, so around 60W when going full blast. Dynastarter is 90W, to 130W at higher RPM.

I originally was gonna put it on the output but... couldn't make it fit :P I'm not worried about overheating since the temperature doesn't get higher than warm..ish. But yeah good suggestions, thanks :)
